Please note that we do not provide full refunds for purchased items. However, we do offer the alternative of exchanging or refunding your purchase with store credit. Additionally, items bought during sales are only eligible for exchange if the desired size or color is available.

Exchange Criteria

Exchanges are permissible for different sizes or colors under specific criteria. Failure to meet these criteria may result in the rejection of your exchange request.

  • Defective or Damaged Products

  • Product Description Mismatch

  • Quality Issues
  • Unwearable Products

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via email at zainastd@gmail.com or by phone at +92 3369164173. Your exchange request must include:

  • Proof of purchase or order number.
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the exchange.
  • Size and color of the outfit for exchange.

Upon receipt of your exchange request, our customer support team will carefully review it and respond within 48 hours. If approved, detailed instructions for returning the product to our designated warehouse will be provided. Expect to receive your exchanged item within 3-5 working days after we receive the product at our designated warehouse address.

Please note that we do not provide reverse logistics services. You are responsible for arranging and covering the shipping expenses to return the item to our designated warehouse. In the event of rejection, our customer support team will provide you with a detailed explanation.

Note that we reserve the right to modify or update our exchange policy at any time. Any changes will be immediately effective upon posting the revised policy on our website.
